Order and Return
Deam Online Store aims to ensure full satisfaction during your shopping experience. If for any reason the customer changed her/his mind or encountered damage to the dress while transportation, she/he can return the product and get a refund. However, this is only possible on the day of receiving the product. It is not possible to return the product if the customer has already tried on the clothing.
The Right of Withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of any gifts.
Deam Store will refund the customer for the number of purchased goods excluding the original shipping costs which are at the customer’s expense; just in case of defective items caused by the transportation, the original shipping costs are at Deam’s expense.
Cost of Returning the Goods
In case of returns request the customer covers the shipping cost of the good was not damaged while transportation.
How to Return Goods
Please note that, before returning goods, you must always wait for the Customer Service authorization.
To send a return request to the Deam Store Customer Service, write to [email protected] indicating the order number, items to be returned, quantity, and reason for the return. Also please remember to specify whether you want to make use of the courier service with which Rinascimento has an agreement or whether you prefer to send goods by yourself. Our Customer Service will answer within 24 working hours after the request has been received.
The items must be returned with any material that is part of the package.
Returns may be sent only from the country the order was placed from.
Refunds will only be paid for items returned following these instructions. If the return does not comply with the conditions listed below, the package will be returned to the sender.
Clothing and Home Decor
Clothing must be returned in its original packaging in its original state. Please also note that, in compliance with the provisions of article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Clothing that is damaged and/or has the sign of usage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All accessories, including labels, must also be included in the package returned. Send an e-mail to [email protected] if any of the items received does not have a label or any accessories that were indicated in the product description.
Jewelry and Accessories
Accessories including belts, bags, and necklaces shall be included with any returns. Send an e-mail to [email protected] if one of the items you have received is missing any accessories purchased with the garment.
Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item you must immediately notify us at [email protected]. Each of our products is carefully checked for any damage before dispatching. Items that are torn or damaged by wear shall not be deemed to be faulty.
Size or color replacements are not accepted as each product has a precise size guide indicated in the product description. Each model comes in one size and one model only. Hence, changing size is impossible. Please get in touch with us in advance if you are not sure which size will be convenient for you.
Returning Process
Customers returning goods must do so in the original external packaging; if the packaging is damaged, they may use a box of the same size and strength, sealing it carefully with adhesive tape. Whether customers chose to return goods with the courier service that Deam Store has an agreement with, they must also print the courier return label found in the e-mail authorizing the return, affixing it to the box in order to cover the information relating to the original shipment.
We reserve the right to not accept garments from the same order if returned and shipped at different times. Any returned goods must be sent in a single shipment.
Two different orders however may be returned in the same box. You must however ensure that the labels are attached properly in order to identify the returns.
You may choose a courier other than that indicated and send the goods back to us, after having received the return authorization.
Moreover, please ensure that you choose a traceable shipping method for returning the goods, as Deam Store will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
Refunds
After receiving the returns, our warehouse checks the goods to verify that the procedure and conditions have been complied with. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance and refund.
The goods must be delivered to the courier no later than 5 days following the date on which the Deam Support Team authorizes the return.
We will refund the full amount of the returned goods (excluding shipment costs) to the credit card within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
In the case of gifts, if the order was paid for by Credit Card the refund will be made to the account of the person who made the original payment. For security reasons, we are not authorized to pay refunds to any other account.
The time required to confirm the receipt of the refund may vary, and depends on the card issuer.
Deam Store reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent after the aforementioned terms or for products that are not in the same condition, they were received in.
